    Bob,

    Next model you might want to try a shorter pushrod system. Nyrods are infamous for flexing under load and creating flutter. If there was a way you could get a short CF tube in there you might like the results. If you need to keep the Nyrod, inserting a CF rod down the center (I think it's about .050dia) will help a lot too.

        Thanks for the suggestion, the cf rod idea never dawned on me. All suggestions are welcomed, this whole boat is an accumulation of ideas, mostly untried.

            Project boat to plug

            We have disassembled the boat and it is currently a plug that we are making molds from. We have been working some long hard hours trying to get at least one boat ready for the first race in April. Our plan is to get four boats running early this season.
