I don't doubt it for a second... I have E size Estes rocket engines at my store that will do this no sweat... But this ain't a boat! This is to boats, what jet powered cars are to drag racing... It's just a novelty, but you have to admit, a very cool novelty...Comment

I don't doubt it for a second either, I've seen that run 105mph with a smaller motor on water that I wouldn't bother running a 2cell self-righting mono on, wish I had of seen it go faster on a calm day but its still the fastest model boat that I have seen. You may have big rockets in your store that will do it no sweat, but I bet you would have to put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into several hulls before you got one that would do it on water, I know I would. It may not fit your definition of a boat but it is definitely a very well designed 3 point outrigger hydroplane.Paul Upton-Taylor, Greased Weasel Racing.Comment

To bad they don't have an actual gps reading or a speed gun to prove the speeds with the water rocket.NAMBA20...Caterpillar UL-1, P-Spec OM29, P-Mono DF33, P-Spec JAE, Aussie 33" Hydro-LSH, Sprintcat CC2028 on 8s, PT SS45 Q Hydro, PS295 UL-1 power, OSE Brothers Outlaw QMono 4-sale, Rio 51z CC2028 on 8sComment

I never get tired of watching this Wayne... so amazing...
even more amazing is that he built the boat himself in his garage... he also bought the turbine from a surplus place for very little money.
From what I understand he was going to build another one, can anyone confirm or deny this info?:::::::::::::::. It's NEVER fast enough! .:::::::::::::::Comment
