Miss Geico's with offset rudder - vid

Went out for a weekend run with my two buddies (we must have brought 15 boats for gosh sakes).........but here's a vid i shot of their Ms. Geico's with the Kintec offset kit.

These boats used to porpoise a good bit...............its gone now, same exact setup as before, only difference is the rudder.

A bit choppy today.

We have alot of fun running together.

We have played bumper cars before....................... Alot of different batt locations had been tried, this seems to have really settled 'em down.

Awesome thanks! That's almost exactly how my packs were placed, only they are 4200s. Perhaps a tad lighter than yours.

Great fun! where does that put your COG - 30%ish? my buddy had to upgrade immediately to 1515 1.5Y and that put the ESC up front... He is still running stock rudder, but I tried some simple tunnel trim tabs and its amazing the amount of control they have (a $0.50 solution).

I'd bet that with a bit longer rudder, they'd corner even better!
