    So smooth...

Caught this on vid today. Its so smooth, and check out the distance it covers...I got lucky on this one. It could have been nasty. I dont flip often with this boat but strange winds cause 2 of them today and she landed on her feet both times.

Oh she loves it J. I think 70mph is right around the bend. I broke a prop shaft today so I am going to go up in size there, but she loves going fast.

I take it you got the New .150 shaft I sent too? I take it thats the one you broke? funny because that boat has a history of breaking shafts... Spotme2 had broke a couple and he gave up on the boat as he never really got to run it, he sold it to me and let me know he broke a couple....... with all the power you have under the hatch though its no wonder she snapped a .150.... Looks real good and smooth keith..... keep the vids coming.... and keep the paint nice LOL...

and now.. we have keithbradley performing a double back with a full twist.. degree of difficulty is 3.5. He takes off, two full summersaults, there the full twist, oh and he bounced the landing.. well folks, thats about a 9.0 since he took a little skip on the landing. Could have well been a 10 with a clean entry...

keith thats an awesome thing to catch on vid!!!!

I didnt notice until I watched it in slow motion but the area it covers in the air is pretty impressive. Heres a vid of her staying on the water:

She has brutal speed on the straights. Havent GPSed her yet but she definitely moves out.

Nice running boat. If I were to run that fast on that small of a pond, my heart would be pounding like a drum . . . .

It looks nice so far but I would suggest that you have not seen the top speed of that setup especially on that pond.
Find a longer piece of water and let the boat wind out. I only suggest this as I was doing the same yesterday with a small rigger. Quick sprints were fun but when I let it wind out down a 100m (330') straight then it all was different.

                        Nice hulll and setup !
Now let that baby stretch its legs on some long water
                        See it....find the photos.....sketch it it....build it........with wood

I used to get pretty pumped running this one there:

The cat seems uneventful compared to the 60mph+ turns I was doing on that pond.

Yeah I am looking forward to getting it in a bigger area. I havent GPSed it at all yet, so I dont really know how fast its going anyway, other than guessing based on previous experience. I have hit 70 on that pond before, but that was with a boat that I could just turn shortly after letting off. The cat's not that stable turning, so I am running out of room to slow down if I stay in it long enough to even approach top speed.

I have another video link posted in my build thread (without crazy flips) where I make a few high speed passes but as you can see in that one I lift on the throttle before I even get to the camera.
