                Here's a pic:

                Setup info:
                Two turnigy 4s 2200mAh 45-90C batteries in parallel
                Futaba 2.4GHz radio
                Castle Creations Phoenix Ice 160 HV ESC
                Scorpion S-4020-10
                APC 11x8 prop
                The prop spins at about 15,000 rpm. The motor pulls 90 amps and voltage drops to about 28 volts. So a total of 2,520watts at WOT. The boat features a retractable rudder, LED navigation lights, and a carbon fiber hull. The total weight is 5lbs RTR. It's 27 inches long and 18 inches wide.
                In smooth water I'm sure this can go a lot faster. I'll make sure to record all future runs and share with you guys.

                  I would try a 10 x 10 apce prop for more speed. You got me thinking as well. I have some serious go fast airplane motors I could use for such a project.
