Mike meticulously upgraded this cool little, inexpensive hydro with a $ 24.00 Turnigy 1900 KV outrunner, SC from his Genesis, wire drive and K42 carbon prop. Boat is very sharp looking and runs great

looking good I have been waiting for an out runner for mine for over 3 weeks.

I run the same boat with a $27 Typhoon 500 outrunner on a watercooled mount,4s
and it goes like the clappers!
Handles well also.
I'm looking for a 2000kv outrunner with a 5mm shaft for some more speed, if anybody knows
where i might find it let me know.
Since the Typhoon was only $27 i think $30 is my budget...lol
I tried the Typhoon 600 but it needs 5s to get spinning.

Scorpion makes a 1900 KV outrunner w. 5mm shaft - good on 4S but better on
5Swith a small prop which would be better for this boat. Have parachute ready ![SouthriverRc].
