    MM Video

Shot a little vid of the MM today. Am I expecting too much run time out of 2S 4000 packs in series? Seems I am getting only a few good runs and then the peak is off and it is running slower. Not sutting down but wondering if I need to set the LVC lower. If I set it to 3S or 9V does this also affect voltage to the motor or just the LVC?

She ran pretty good with X442....virtually no heat and that was why I was thinking I should not lose the peak of the cells so fast...at the end of this run she already started to show slowing.

Is your LVC on soft or hard cut-off? I don't think by seting it for 3s is going to make the boat slower. Are the packs new? I have some packs that just don't have any punch in them anymore. Under load they hit the cutoff fresh off the charger.

soft cutoff. Pretty new cells but they did get some hard working when running the HOR cat and 8Xl and then blew and ESC.

Set it to hard and run it. If it's hitting the LVC it will cut out completely. Then you know for sure if your cells are up to the task.
