    JAE21 GE P-Spec

Here is a video of my P-Spec running in NAMBA District 8 open hydro class at the last poiints race. It has a UL-1 motor, Turnigy 120 Speed controller and 2 R/C car 5000mAhr batteries in series. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=98q6tyiyLd0

    Eric, welcome to the forum!

Man, that is sweet, great job. What prop are you using and where is the COG (Center of Gravity)?

      Eric,

You have that thing DIALED, and WAY to stay on the pins!!

I found an issue with my Raptor that I'm just about finished fixing that may have expained it's "radical" handling... Hopefully I'll have it setup well enough to give you and Brian some fun at the Eugene race later this month!

Get more of those Nitro guys to make the switch! Can't seem to get any of these FE guys to show up, but we'll keep trying.

Thats the cool thing about the JAE it is easy to drive on the pins. Once I figured how little throw it takes it drives like a Cadillac.

FYI, I did lap the X cat. Man was Frank upset

I allways thought that Cadilacs handled like boats, I was thinking of oil tankers though not riggers.

Don't try to pull that prop with the UL-1 ESC. Even back cut 1mm it will pull 80 amps IME.
