    China Cat 32"

Got a couple runs in today with a little video. Still poor quality...what format do you all save your youtube videos in? This is mpeg 4 but I can save about any format.

Anyway...this is the China cat 32" HOR with 8XL 30C lipos, Etti 125 amp ESC and 062 wiredrive with one of my bearing struts. Faster with the X442 but gets warmer. This run is with a M440.

      Very nice!

      Looks great, fun speed also.

going to be setting up a 32" cat in the future, wondering what your amperage you are pulling in that setup, mAhr and/or run time.

      Nicely done man, nicely done

Getting ready to reload the lipos so I will see. They got warm but that was all. Motor was pretty warm. Prop was pulling a bit so need to put a better edge on it.

Etti 125 amp ESC was also warm but no issues. Need to take my pocket temp unit with me and GPS on Friday. It is a big lake and it traveled it pretty fast. No issues with the tactic 2.4...man I love no antennas!

Guessing I would say it was pulling 80 amps or a bit more.

                Jeff ,

The cat looks real good on the water mate.
What sort of speeds is she doing.
                Needs some paint or decals.

I've got a octura y537/3 prop sharpened and balanced.
Its bran new , i bought it for 1 of my sv27 ran it once but the sv27 did not like it.
It yours if you want it. $30

With that prop...M440 I think it is only running about 42. I still need some strut tweaking and might get her up there but with only a 125 amp ESC I have to be careful. Once I get a bigger ESC I can prop it up a bit.

I heard a 937/3 is good to with fecalc but the ESC will not handle it.

As for the 937/3, are you talking about the "V" series? If so its probably not going to like it at all. Way too much lift. I ran one on mine and it was horrible.

Your HOTR catamaran looks good, may be something wrong with the propeller or strut adjustment, try Octura X442 and X642

It is running a m440 and I did run the 442 and certainly faster and lifted more. I just need a little strut adjustment.

Nothing too special except it is the first boat I have finished for some time.

I will get it tweaked and it should be okay. Need some paint soon.

I only have the strut 1/4" from the sponson bottoms. Not sure I like the rudder behind the prop....I thiink it torques the rudder when wide open.
