Twin 2600kv 4s engines with twin Turnagy 120 ESCs with twin 5000 4s Revolectric battery's.

That I have not, gotta get everything situated inside then I'll play with CG.

I'm thinking in the 50-60mph range once I change the plastic props out for some good ones, the plastics won't handle 4s for very long and flex to much anyway.

Are you set up with counter-rotating outboards? Are those the TFL units from HobbyKing?
I would have liked to build one that would go 40'ish

That's the ones, yea you can counter rotate them and I might just do that if I can find a l/r prop that will fit.
