    My Spartan Best Speed EVER!!!

I got up this morning, made a cup of coffee (Requirement for me), Went out on the porch and saw the smoothest, Glassiest
water I have seen on our like in a very long time. My first thought... Go get the Spartan quickly before a breeze comes in and changes things..

I got 61MPH my 1st pass, 65 on my 2nd pass, then a few slower speeds on other passes then I got THIS... TWICE!!!!

The Motor and ESC are stock Nothing else is

    GOD I LOVE THIS BOAT!!!

    Safe Boating Everyone!!!

A smaller rudder might help by reducing drag.....but it is the only thing keeping the transom from spinning out. A smaller rudder might require a lot of draggy rudder trim to keep the boat running straight - negating any advantage of a smaller rudder. Only testing will tell for certain.

OP - where in Texas do you live?

Jay no disrespect but ,, why don't you give him something to work with,, instead of critiquing my post all the time,, monos don't spin out as much as cats hook ,, unlesss they are real POS ,,and he certainly can put a narrower speedmaster 20 rudder on there looks like a aluminium prop on there that is also another upgrade that could be done for sure

Try a wire drive from wolt, and bearings in strut if they don't already have some
