thanks. I did the paint and clear coat. They do usually paint themselves but I like to paint and wanted to try doing the boat so I asked to do it myself. They said no problem and were willing to work with me . After I put down the base coat , they wet sanded it for me , and put the graphics on, then they gave it back so I can clear coat. The job came out great. The paint is a "gecko green" that came from Gervics paints. The paint is a Chrysler paint, the can says "deltron 2000", if anyone wanted to know the exact paint. All the filth in the picture of the rudder and prop is just dust after I painted and clear coated I have not cleaned it off yet.
Fine design did a really good quality job on the build. Couldnt be happier . I will take it out today hopefully.
I am running the two 6s lipos in series for a total of 44.4 volts i think. should fly the prop is a 60mmcopper sharpened and balanced, the motor is a TP 5670 i am not sure the KV i think 800Last edited by tman1753; 11-05-2013, 11:19 PM.Comment

5000mah total capacity isn't a lot for a boat that size..short run time? Packs couldn't handle the motor? Drained to far?Grand River Marine Modellers
