WELL HERES SOME PICS OF MY PRO BOAT THUNDER CAT 31 I REBUILT RELAYED THE HOLE IN SIDE OF HULL ...STRIPED THE FACTORY STICKERS AND SANDED DOWN CUT OUT AND FIXED ANY NEEDED SPOT .........DID CUSTUM PAINT IN SIDE AND OUT ..FILLED ANY FACTORY BUMPS AND HOLE FOR ANTENIAS AND T DRIVE ...PORT POLISHED HEADER

Way better fuel useage and more top end speeds little more torqure in low end and sound sweet they are a big restriction on them stockComment

Thanks, i just finished a monster port job on my thunder kitty. Your right. The header looks nice, but the flange block was chocked down to a small squarish opening no bigger than a smallblock .15 opening. Now shes opened all the way up. Theres no baffle in the tuned pjpe either. Bet it sounds like an outlaw race pipe now...... ThanksComment
