Looks good.
How about some pictures of the boat and it setup,
And may be some video's to. -

How well does the seal for the hatch work ?
I still need to do that to my boat,
Also I see your water line are high to low on the jacket.
If your temps start to go up on the motor you should try changing them to low in and high out,
The back of the motor jacket should have the nipple as high as possible and the water exit out the hull.
And the nipple at the front as low as can be and water coming in for esc,
The jacket will hold more water that way to and cool the motor can better.Comment

I just put that seal on. I will let you know. Not sure if its the best material for the job.
Also are you talking from low to high like bottom of boat to top? If so then I'm good. It might look different but from the esc to the jacket is lower than the other side. Not by much but it is. And my exit you can see it pointed up out the back. Water seems to move thru really well. I do wish the esc ran a little cooler though. Maybe a dual water pickup rudder?Comment

Like this on the motor jacket,
I am not using the motor mount cooler at this time.
It's just a piece of hose from nip to nip,
I think it adds resistance and slow the flow of the water some.
Also on your esc where do you check for temps on it that you are seeing 124f,
My caps on mine get that high and higher some times but not the circuit board that stays about 100f or lower.

I double checked the temps. I was got that temp reading off the very top of the esc near the caps. I will double check it at the board. Seems to be running great.
Tested the new M445 out yesterday. Temps stayed about the same. Hot day. Warm water. Rooster tail much lower. Also that hatch seal worked pretty good. I have some new weatherstripping to try tomorrow. More aggressive adhesive on it. I will post my findings.
Are there any good esc coolers?Comment

There is one or two in the works that are being modded for the same esc you have,
The temp on the esc that was taken close to the caps could be ambient heat from the caps.
Try checking the esc at the circuit board fet's for true temps of it.
Also if the esc is still running to hot for your liking,
Try adding 2 or three 1000ur caps.
And that may help with the heat and store more amps for the setup to run on.Comment
