My New Pursuit from Hobbyking. Motor 3665 1800kv, T120 esc, Turnigy nano 4S 5000 65-130c. Prop x437/3. Speed 60.1kph. I've had this boat just a couple of weeks. At club day yesterday took 4 out of 4 heat wins in mono, that is against a nitro and two gas deep vees. Plan is a 3674 leo when budget allows. This boat performs really well out of the box so far with some more tuning to go. I've set this up for our E-ltd offshore class. Much the same as everyone elses p-ltd. I have had this boat for a few years now, very nice boat for the price. Got mine off ebay long before HK had them. I do not race it, only sport running but it handles like it is on rails. For power, I am running a Feigao 12xl on 6S mainly, 8S once in a while when I get the itch. It's upper 40's on the 6S setup- flat screams on the 8S!!!! Probably my favorite "go to" boat in the fleet!

Hopefully will get some vid one day. Trying to talk the wifey to coming along on a club day and take some video and pics. with her smart phone, mines a dumb phone. Yeah....! I am impressed with the boat and am resisting the temptation to rip the motor/esc out of my rigger and transplanting it...hmmmm.

Lol. I know the feeling, I couldn't resist though.. The hull handles the high speeds fine and still turns incredibly well at speed, but it does chine walk when it gets up there in speed. Does it slightly on my 6S setup, really gets rocking on the 8S lol. Might be able to trim it out with the tabs, but I haven't messed with it.

I was playing with my dumb phone on Friday night and discovered that it has gps functions with max speed. So... off to the lake Saturday arvo. Pursuit clocked 70 kph, and rigger (potential motor/esc donor) did 109kph. Wow! not sure if the gps was accurate I checked the cars speed on the way home, it was only 3kph off the speedometer at 100.
