        LMAO!!!

We'll..... Okay. But after the shellacking you took..........

I had three builds over the winter. The first was a replacement for my FE30 that I lost in SAW testing. The second is a twin brother to the FC32 that I ran in SAWs last fall. This one has a little additional CF reinforcement and some lead foamed into the nose to get the CG right for SAW runs.

The last one.... is a Road Runner Gas Outrigger built by Ralph Almirola down in Florida. Ralph builds a beautiful boat. I sealed the tub and sponsons and got my brother-in-law to shoot some Klasskote clear and yellow. Ralp predrilled the tub for the hardware and motor mounts and it made the installing the Speedmaster gear a snap. Power comes from Lamar Huff built big block Zenoah. Lamar is president ot the Atlanta Model Boat Club and does great work. His motors can run with any of the high dollar big dogs in the hobby. The pipe is a Zippkits which Doug turned me on to. I was very impressed with it on my other gas boat and had to try in on the rigger. For starters on the prop I'm running a Dasboata prepped ABC 2818. I'm just waiting on a few servos and the boat will be ready to hit the water. This boat should heat race in the mid to upper 70's. I'm gonna have my hands full!!!

I think Mr. Ferrette might bring something down to Franklin that you will find more appealing.

For me, gas is the way to go for bigger boats. Plus charging packs for five boats is a PITA on a race weekend. I much rather shoot the bull with the guys.

Nice Yellow (very familiar). When going that fast color choice does not matter.

I pick the color for when the boat is dead in the water. Doesnt always work.....

I'm developing the same philosophy for running fast boats as I have been busting jets for 25 years. I rather be lucky than good....
