Haha; I wish my chair was brushless; I'm pretty sure its just powered by two car batteries. The boat is done; Leopard 4082 2200KV with a Turnigy 180 amp ESC. I did a test today; lasted all of two minutes until the prop came loose, but that was my fault. There was a bit of smoke as well; I was using 4S (2S series) and a 1.84' prop. I'm thinking the prop is a bit big, so for more testing I'll just stick with 2S and a 1.60 prop.

Not sure where the smoke would be coming from but sometimes a new boat will emit a bit of smoke from the flex.
That setup should be great. I run it on several boats but run 4s2p.

my mystic always steamed thought it was smoke also till i figured it out it was steam could be what your seeing
