Yea all weekend I just orderd some 5s batts I've been running on 9s this weekend and it's fast fdm rested the boat with 10s and it's gps clocked at 60mph

Picked up 2 more boats all rtr this weekend from Chris fine. And started painting one So there is 3 now all from the FINE group love does guys always there to help

Just curious what fine powered your rigs with , Any chance of getting a closer look And what did he charge you for the boats . I don't want to come of like a dick but 60 mph is really not that hard to do .

This is the list of everything in the boat the prop has been upgraded to a octura 452 sharpen and balance. Deff goes more then 60mph. Running on 5s2p 5000 45c

Is it 5s2p or 10s2p . 5s2p on a 900 kv motor and a x452 would need devine intervention to see those speeds.......LOL

I'm running 2 battarys 5s 5000 45c with the old prop it was gps at 61. With the new prop it pulls more amps but I didn't get it clocked yet

Clearly the OP is running 10S1P. While the 52 mm prop is relatively small for a boat this size it certainly could reach the low 60s, particularly if the stinger is mounted low enough. Let's not dis the OP's boat just because the builder is not popular. If he's happy with the build - and he obviously is - that's what matters. I can't wait to see how the boats will look painted up!

I asked a legit question - 5s or 10s - and I am not dissing his boat regardless of builder . The LOL was added for the sakes of a bit of humor clearly . what only the great Jay can ask questions . Hor2012 I hope you didn't take any offence to the questions but I always run two banks of 10s in my boats that are that size ( 45 - 48 ) two 6s cell packs and two 4s cell packs . So you are only running one bank of 10s then or better put two 5s in series .
