    Beautiful is an understatement! Those are all breathtaking!

      Simon, those are real works of art and to not need to fill with putty and cover up with paint shows true craftmanship! Do you use any basswood or ply in your construction or is it balsa all the way?

          There are other woods in each of them, I use what I have or can find. A bit of this ply here for a frame, a solid piece of hardwood for a transom (rigger) a bit of pine to beef up this corner, but overall is balsa.
          A lot of varnish and a lot of time. Plus killing a few of the early hulls to see how strong they are or not.

            Very nice! Im looking into doing a similar setup as your Cat, dual engine single ruddar, how does an all wood boat handle the water and high speed vs fibre glass..
