What scale is this?

I'm finally getting around to working on a hull I acquired in a trade. It is an old wooden kit of some kind with an epoxy overlay. Craftsmanship is below average by my standards but is workable. I don't know the scale. It is a hull that ran as a few different boats, most notably 72' Miss Notre Dame, 78' Circus Circus, 76' Olympia Beer amongst others. It is 31" long and 15" wide. Is this a 1/10 scale?

I think it's a little short to be 1/10th scale. Probably should be closer to 35" for the boats you mentioned. IMHO
