Establishing Motor placement and Angle

I have assembled all of the drive train bits for my 1/8 scale hydro and I cant find any info on how you establish the angle of the motor (FE) in the motor mount.

Secondly, I am unsure of where to establish driveline/strut location. Is it center of the hull overall or would it center of the center section?

Angle: al low as reasonable. Just be sure to have a few inches or more of flat stuffing tube at the strut. I try to make the bend as gentle as possible.

Strut placement: I recently mounted my p sport hydro strut 1/2 inch starboard of center of an 8 inch wide transom (clockwise race circuit)... Spektakalar results. This totally compensated propwalk and increased efficiency notably.
