Terry sorry we kinda hijacked your thread...hows the oberto coming? is it the 82 or 84 with a wing? my 84 looks better then it runs so far but it will get there by spring...

from what I read in the namba rules it can be any uncurved turn fin although it also says u should try to be as close to the real boat as possible as usual a big gray area I use a med speedmaster mono trn fin...looks like real boat fin and seems to work well enough...hey west coast guys....show us what u are using for turn fin on your moderns please

Yep Ron you have it correct.
Always like to see what others are running.
Perticulary since he said be liked new turn fin meaning the old one was not as good.
I am also trying new fins this season on my modern boat.
I'll post some pics when have it finished.

I'm not sure if I have pics..I had been using the fin that Craig sends with his hulls..it's a tiny bit different in shape..can't give away all my secrets
