    UL-19 Build

Good evening everyone, first time poster here. I have recently fell in love with RC boating. I bought a blackjack 24 v2 like 2 months ago and quickly out grew it and wanted more speed. I found a UL 19 for cheap I had to have but it needed a few things. So I yanked the motor and esc out and put in my Blackjack and got 20+mph and it felt great that I was able to do it first try and nothing exploded or flipped etc lol.
I wanted to build the UL 19 and I already have the dual rudder pickup and the upgraded flex shaft that doesnt use teflon.
That said I want to build this for 8S and to potentially break 100+.
I am still very newb when it comes to boats but I understand the basics but the motors are a whole different world. I get lost in the numbers and trying to figure out what pairs well with what and what to expect yadda yadda.
So here I am asking the experts for advice.
What motor / esc combo (and anything else you would order if you were building) would you slap in the UL 19 to hit my goals?
I was thinking of ordering the inlay, I would need a big enough prop I am sure and I don't know what else I would need, assuming programming box etc. So please steer me in the right direction and bonus points if I can order from OSE.
Thank you for your time and help.

You might want to read through this section of the forum before you possibly destroy your UL-19. Plenty of info about upgrading the boat. https://forums.offshoreelectrics.com...hydroplane-q-a

Unfortunately nothing in those threads. Just read them all and they all address stuff i already know / have replacement for. Nothing about upgrading motors etc

no offence you could have done the leg work on this. Good luck just remember you can only replace this from the used market.

I am aware, I bought it used and there are 2 more for sale near me so im not worried. Also I wanted people's opinions because things change. I could just copy and paste ironclad rc build or the other guy who did 106 rhe other day but I wanted to hear potential pros and cons from people who may have done it.
