Does anyone have a remedy for sealing the hatch?

Getting sick of using tape every time i put a battery in it. I wanna check how hot the motor is.. gotta retape it all. Gets old taping... yada yada.. any one have any ideas??

Not really. You will be sorry if you dont tape it and you have a flip. Its a bit of a pain but worth it- i make sure i tape my boat up every run.
