At first I was worried the X640 was going to be to much prop and it almost is for my setup, I am considering the X440 to see if it will tame it down a little because now the boat is a monster, it runs great but its right at the edge and I've always had a lead foot so you do the math. The batteries that I have for this boat are two Blue Lipo 4S 5000mah 40c batteries and one Sky Lipo 4000mah 40c battery. I only run one battery at a time. I have considered running two in parallel but am worried about the weight factor. I still get about 10 or so minutes of run time and never got a temp reading over 120 on any of the electronics.

I run two ProTek 2S 5000's paralleled and it doesn't seem like it's too much weight. I get about 10-12 minutes depending on how I drive, 8 if I do lots of WOT passes. Stock prop though, I haven't dove into getting a different one yet.

X440 may be the way to go?
