You dont. They will blow. The stock motors will cook too if thats what your still using. For 6s running, you ll need to upgrade the motors and esc's and the drivetrain too. -

It means one 3s lipo per side. They do not get wired in series. One motor runs off one pack, the other runs off the other pack.Comment

John, I am not sure it will work, I am guessing that Venom's ESC is the same as Seaking ( Hobbywing). I have the first edition of this boat and the ESC looked identical to the Seakings I have been using in my other boats, it will be helpful if other more knowledgeable member can enlighten us!Too many boats, not enough time...Comment

Ok, thank you for the update. There doesn't seem to be allot of data from Venom on this esc other than using transmitter to program it.Comment

BTW, John, this program box works for land vehicles as well as airplane, if you order it, it comes with three stickers for each type of applications, just for your info. It is so easy to use, i love this as compare to the radio programing way which my pea brain can't remember anything i did a second before!Too many boats, not enough time...Comment

Hey, thanks for all the notes. I ended up picking up a HobbyWing card for $8 on ebay. It only has the boat sticker on it but it works ok for what I need it for.Comment

Are you running the stock motor ?Comment

Yes, stock motors and after running the programming card I found out that the ESC's were not set up the same. No protection was set and the port engine timing was set to 3.75 and the starbord was set to 26.25. So my question is, what do you guys normally run for timing? Thank YouComment
