Break away rudder

Is there an easy way to make the stock rudder a break away one. Or is there a replacement for this.

from looking at it i dont think it would be possible on the stock one unless you replace the pivot pin with a plastic one but that wouldnt last for long i think a new rudder setup would be in order

you could grind out a channel in the mount so no matter what bolt you use the rudder will still kick back
