TQi settings for Seaking V3

What changes have to be made to the transmitter before using the Seaking 180 V3

It says disable fail safe and throttle to 100%.
The manual only has a setting for 8x so I'm not too sure what 100 would be

Are the default settings on the radio fine? I have the program card to set the ESC for value, but I'm not too sure what has to be done to the TX if anything

You can't set the TX it comes preset. you just may have to do everything by the card
