I just picked up a bunch of SpeedMaster hardware upgrades(Trim Tabs, Stinger Strut,5inch Rudder) and was wondering what the best way is to install the hardware. What is the best way to mount them??? Do you seal with silicon or just bolt up with a supporting bracket? Do you use loctite or anything ?
Also what do you do with the original mounting holes? I don't see the need to fill them up with silicon or anything since they are not drilled through.
