Traxxas Spartan upgrade recommendations needed please!!

Hello all, I am new to this forum. I have read a lot of different threads on here regarding upgrading a Traxxas Spartan and would like your input on the following:

I just purchased a Spartan and would like to upgrade whatever is needed to get 60+ MPH out of the boat. I am lost when it comes to kv ratings on the different motors. I have seen that a Leopard 4082 1600kv with a Seaking 180a esc is a good combo. Will this set up hit 60mph? I am sure I will need a different prop and flex cable, suggestions on that are appreciated as well.

I currently have an MG 29 and a Blackjack 29. Wanted to change it up a bit and get a v hull but I all want to make this boat a screamer.

Put in a brazed cable like I make and run 6S. Should be good but tweaking to get 60 will be about your prop and length of run time you want. If you really want to cook it up grab a Castle Motor closer to 2000 KV and run 6S. They can handle it.
