Stock castle vxl6s esc amp rating?

SO... I was under the impression that the spartan could take 6s.
Smoked my esc on the 2nd or 3rd day running 6s.
Whats the amp rating on these new castle version escs?
    Thanks

You may change you impression after reading the myriad of threads about issues with the Spartan in this forum.

    - Exactly what packs were you running?
    - What prop?
    - How long did you run each time?
    - How much part throttle - 50%, 25%?
    - Stock motor?

Same thing happened to me! These ESC?s are garbage! I couldn?t find the amperage rating either but it seems like anything Traxxas whether it?s made by Castle or anybody else is always junk! Spend $500 and then a radio and receiver and batteries and it smokes all the stock parts and you have to replace them with components that can actually handle it!

I think he likely has it worked out by now considering this post and question is 11 years old

Yeah, I thought that might be the case, but there wasnt the usual gaming URL links they usually hide within the post.
