          Could probably clean it up with some motor spray and a scotchbright pad.. replace the berrings with some fresh ones and might get a few more miles out of it.

            whats a good spray? Someone suggested corrosionx...

            How do you maintain these motors to keep them like new. Just ordered a new one and dont want a repeat of this incident..

              CorrosionX will help protect the motor from that happening again. But if u are trying to clean the old one use some motor cleaner spray. Ur lhs should have it I think dynamite makes it.
