    Hey did you sand the back bottom of the hull with 400 grit yet ?
    Keep the tabs where the were set in the video,
    Loosen the coupler on the motor and spin the flex shaft by hand,
    And make sure it is nice a free with two fingers spinning it at the prop.
    If it is easy to spin,
    Than move the strut up 2mm and check again that it is still free spinning,
    Now your ready to test the boat again and do not move the cells from where they were in video.
    One step at a time, It may try fly so be aware of it.
    Looking fore more air under the hull.

      I have yet to scuff the hull sense I knew I had bigger problems. I am running a .187 piano drive I am not sure I can spin it by pinching it. Thus far it spins with little resistance. If I watch it any closer I am going to end up on shore lol

        okay so my slightly water damaged Mean Machine arived yesterday. after getting all of old stuff out of there i am going to lay the kevlar from the ransom forward but where do i stop? the whole thing sees very thin.

          Hi Guys
          I would have one questîon about the LiPo batterys:
          The LiPo that stays unused for the 6 mounths or more, but allways under the stocking voltage, can be damaged?

            store them at 60% they will be okay you might lose some punch but its the best you can do.
