            Hey,
Can you take a picture of your boat,
Like the first one I posted of the whole transom ?
May be just a little lower to see tab spacing from bottom of hull and the turn fins angle to hull.
Are the turn fins still in the stock location from when you bought the boat ?
Or did you move them at all ?
I am just trying to check over everything like I do with mine.

Okay I had time for one run this weekend before the cops kicked us out. I was running with the adjusted as you see in the previous pictures and the batteries 2 inches from the back. Sorry I did not have time to get any more angles. She did run better she got way more out of the water. I was running an X645 both these videos are on 1 set of 5300 batteries total run time about 6 minutes, 4.5 miles, ESC was only 90 degrees, motor 114 batteries cool and still had 35%. Top speed back to where I started from 43.7. the boat is much more stable but I am worried to put the tabs up much more as it is looking a little loose. So where am I loosing so much speed 1430 at 80% wit25% I should be running 52. and what is next on the prop chart?

looking better now start moving the batteries back 1/4-1/2 in increments till you find your sweet spot it took allot of runs for me to get mine to run like it did but mine come out the box running 51 mph stock so i ended up with a 17mph increase but it wasnt easy

i will post some more pictures and wait for advice on the tabs. If everyone thinks I am in the ballpark I will start moving them back. Keep in mind I am at 25% now.

                    Hey not looking to bad,
I still need to see some pictures of the transom and some of the inside of the setup to.
What was the water in the pond and air temps that day ?
I do not see much of a roostertail coming up a high speeds.
We may need to change something on the setting.

Well now I got a bigger problem, looks like a stress fracture however this happened it also cracked the back of the battery tray. Very odd sense those videos are the only runs I have made. Okay here are the shots I took. I did adjust them up 1 more MM. sorry the one is blurry

My Mean Machine will be here on Friday. will I be using the same prop or will i need a lifter prop? i was going to order a X646 and maybe a X648 but if i am going to taking this drivetrain out i don’t want to put more money into it unless i will be using the same prop.

                              Hi,
On your spartan did you cut the after market rudder down some ?
His rudder looks very long to me,
                              And could be adding drag.
And I think he still needs some bigger S&B props for that 4092 1480kv motor,
When at high speeds their is not much of a roostertail in the video.

I would be worried about cutting it down the stability is a 1000 times better with it. So I put a x646 only shopping list would I use the same on a MM? Maybe it did show up in the video but that was the biggest roster I have seen out of her yet. When I made that turn at the shore line I could hear the water. If that is small I can't wait to see big. I can still go up on the strut if the tab adjustment I just did doesn't help. Thanks again guys without your suggestions this thing would be in the trash by now.
