    Pushed it to the limit

Gone back down to a Prather 220 after trying a Prather 225 and having a meltdown of connections.Connections were EC5's by the way all connectors are now 5.5mm gold bullets. So i am one happy Spartan owner now with no more parts to replace just got to concentrate on having some fun now with my spartan running around the 55mph- 60mph mark four times a week.

Thumbs up to you Kevin for all your sound advice and tips and one or two others along the way that finally got me there in the end.
I will keep reading the Forum from time to time in case anything new props up. My only advice to anyone thinking of buying a Spartan now is to buy the hull only and build it from advice on the Forum, if i had done this from the start i could have saved a fortune and a lot of time.

      Regards and Happy Sailing Keith
