    Short answer.... Yes..... but

I ran a Tacon 3674 1700 with Turnigy 180 ESC in my Spartan for a while when I first set it up. It was a good solid setup.

The new stock motor for the Spartan is an 1800kv, BUT, there are lots of stock ESC's burning up with that motor/ESC combo.

So if you are going with a 1900kv and plan on running 6S make sure you go with a good strong ESC. (I fried a seaking/turnigy 180 running a Leopard 4074 2000kv on 6S)

I am currently running a Castle 1515 2200 kv / Turnigy 180 ESC combo on 5S and so far it seems pretty reliable.

What I'm trying to get across is that at 1900kv you are starting to push the max, even with a 180 amp ESC if you are planning on running 6S. So yes it can be done, but IMO be aware you are starting to run on the edge.

If you decide to run it, you will also need a 36mm diameter aluminum cooling jacket for the motor.

I think it should be just fine on 4S/5S as long as you dont go crazy on large props. Stay with a Prather 215 or Octura X442 and I think you will be good to go.

You may be able to bump up to a Prather 220 or or Octura X642 but if you try, really watch the temps on the electrics and batteries.

that is a good rpm range to be in, just prop different for cell count..

The Leopard 4082 1600kv has been a popular choice. A bit bigger size on the can gives lots of torque and a good low-mid range kv rating. Runs nice on 6S with a 180 amp ESC.

That is the setup we are running in my daughters spartan. With upgraded .187 flex drive and a Prather 220 prop it gets good speed (high 40's low 50's) and has proven to be a reliable set up. (Lots of torque roll though with larger prop)

My opinion, others may differ, is 1500kv to 1800kv is optimum range for 4s to 6S setups, with 1800kv on 6S starting to push the edge for overall reliability.

the motor you picked will work great
but the new 4092 2080kv on 4s would kill to!
                5s I would run the 4092 1730kv
