    Spartan Strut Bushing Question

Oh knowledgeable ones…I have a question for you…again…
Finishing up my father-son project with my boy and hoping to test run tomorrow. Unfortunately my Hughey 3/16” shaft is loose in this Spartan strut, my plan was drill out the strut and insert the bushing you see in the picture. Will this work?
    Thanks,
    Corey

In a word, YES. Be very careful when drilling it out. Also, the bushing is supposed to rotate inside the strut. Don't make it a tight fit! The Spartan is what...4mm? the bushing you have is 3/16" OD or .1875" which = 4.7625mm.
