Wind shield for the Spartan...

Does anyone have any Ideas on making a wind shield for the spartan hatch? I tried tape and paint and that was a fail... also tried vinyl tape but it came out like crap... I found a guy on here named monojeff , he makes them but i cant seem to get in touch with him... any help is good help... Thanks

I just ordered 3 windshields from him today and he can customize them for you. If you look through some of the postings on here you'll see some of the guys have them on their Spartans, they look awesome.

I use airplane vinyl strips for airplanes, they are like 4x30 long, I cut the shape out with paper first, then once thats right, I mark it on the strips then cut it out, take my time applying it, then I take some pinstripping from the lhs, the roll has a few sizes and apply that to the outside.

Windshield from MonoJeff

Here's the one that I got from an OSE member monojeff. VERY high quality stuff. Bought 2 in case I repaint the boat.

No problem with vinyl . . . took me about 15 minutes to measure, design, and cut this out with scissors. Then used silver striping tape. Don't think MonoJeff is in business any more--tried contacting him many times, but never got back to me. His website is no longer alive, nor is his e-mail address.
