Thank you so much, I was just looking over the goodies I want. And thanks for telling me what the metal bar was on the transom, I wanted to ask was but embarrased, another good idea you had. I was just looking at some nice balanced polished props that would look great on back. Not sure what to get yet as I am even considering going long on a new motor. I do the same thing on my R/C helis that I fly almost every day, and have modified some of them to the point you cant tell who made it because nothing is original. Love this stuff.

Does anyone know if my idea in my previous comment will work? I've read it will on other vehicles, I just want to make sure the Spartan ESC will take it. I want run a 2s+3s with the same exact specs to equal 5s. I know I could just get 2x5s Batts but that is alot of weight. Thanks in advance for your input, I'm just anxious to order them :)

Yes it will work running them in series but your boat is gonna lean to one side in the water...Id put the 3s on the left side since the offset rudder is on the right..

Yes you can do it, but if you are buying new batteries, consider buying two 5S batts and wire the ESC for parallel. Wiring in series doubles, or combines, your voltage, wiring in parallel doubles your capacity, so a parallel setup will increase your run times.
