LED indicators ESC/Receiver

Hello, yesterday in the middle of my running the power drops drastically and the indicators lights turn to red described:
ESC= red (solid)
RECEIVER= red (fast flashing)
I´think is the motor Over-temp protection as described in the page 25 of the manual but I was constantly monitoring the temps and the lectures where 118ºF to 125ºF for 52mph speed.
Batts slightly warm 100ºF.
It was my first time in 6s and that's the reason i was mon. the temp, usually I run 4s2p.

My Setup is the following:
Spartan Castle Creation version
6S2P- 25C/3600 = 7200mah
Octura X640

I am correct assuming is the Over-temp protection?

Yes the fast flashing on the receiver is the over temp, but the new castle electronics did away with the sensor I think. Check and see if there is a pair of black wires coming out of the receiver box. I would also open the box and check if the receiver is wet or damp.
If it's not that, the solid red on the esc seems odd. It should be green for lvc enabled and should go to a blinking red when it hits it, I think, don't have the system so not 100%.
An x640 is a little large for the system and I've seen amp draws up to 150A when I tried it with my system. Some people have had odd issues pushing the system beyond the stock prop so I would try it and see if the same issue happens.

The ESC will cut power to like 15 to 20% when it senses the lipos are approaching a low voltage condition in order to keep from ruining them. Could this be your situation? This has happaned to me several times and is to allow you bring in the boat slowly but bring it in.

Yes a x640 is too much pitch for 6s. It is quick, but no one is certain what the system can truly handle reliably. A Prather 215 is the best prop that I've found as a stock replacement. Geo: thanks for your response for the prop, I´m going to try a 40x53 GrimRacer that I have and the stock prop from my Impulse31 that is SS 1.6 x 2.5 as the P215.
Warlock: In my case the Low Voltage stops the boat completely and then I go neutral position in the transmitter and return to shore, in this case the power drops is all the way, thanks

This is the reponse I get from Traxxas Support:
It sounds like your batteries are not adequate for the system and that can cause the ESC to over heat or fail completely. You need at least 125 amp capacity and yours only provide 90. Use at least 5000 mAh packs with at least 25C. You can see the acceptable batteries here.
