Did you find out what is loose yet on the flex ?

I just need to loosen the clamp on the stuffing tube and move the tube back about 1/8" than it will be against the block. I ordered some more gromments and will use one behind the first one to fill the gap and keep some grease in the cable maybe. As it is I have about 1/8 " of cable spinning in the water and causing cavitation in turns, you can hear it gurgleing. What an idiot I am for running the tube flush with the transome. Live and learn..
