What's messed up is they hate hobby king for stealing their connector design. And that's understandable. I feel for them there. But it's ok to sell a boat that's not what it's advertised as then treat it like it's no big deal there are no problems here what so ever. Then don't expect people to have ill will towards the name traxxas and Spartan after blowing $310/400 dollars on it to feel ripped off. And start slapping fourm users around for mentioning where they find the best prices for upgrade replacement parts to help other users that want a reliable setup that won't burn up as quick as the traxxas stock system. Like I said hobby king to me is just another site like tower hobbies it's just in china. I don't mention it to get on traxxas's nerves by no means. And it's still stupid to nock people around on their forums for saying HK or hobby king. I know they dont want to endorse the name on the forums. But txt,writing and pictures are the forums way of communication. If they want to keep those words and letters off the forums just set the sensors to cover all the variables of the word hobby king! And let it stay that way. Not punish users for not knowing any better! Good gosh! I called them Nazi's in another letter to traxxas. Better kick your heals and salute over there.

when they do this to a traxxas customer, and many others, that is just wrong!
I wonder if HobbyCity knows how pissed traxxas is and how traxxas is now treating their own customers for even saying HK?

Without everyone listed here, their forum is going to be "where do I get the traxxas lipos and charger??".... All here who have posted there have been giving great advice.... If the moderators don't appreciate it, let their customer service lines get tied up, longer hold times, more frustrated traxxas employees..... F em.... It's their product, let them answer the stupid questions, and return their boat...... Hopefully before it catches fire... Spoke to them yesterday, the esc's aren't due in till at least may...... I would offer a build service for the people who have money, and want a 45 mph boat..... I got one for my kids to run nimh..... I didn't catch fire till I started playing with it.... They took it back after the fire, and I'm sure I won't see it back until May, June ....
