WM setup tips

Hey all Ijust got this boat and it does what everyone says about bouncing and turning oddly. so What is the ideal settings for the turn fins and the prop and rudder?
I have heard to put the turn fins almost 90* to the hull and that the prop should be about level with the bottom of the hull and slightly tilted up. is this the agreed upon base setup?

I have tried every set up possible with this boat , and nothing will fix the bouncing , but yes your suggestions were about the best .
