Good Battery?

Ok since I havent seen clearly a good post on what to run on this boat, can I get suggestions on what battery I should use that the ESC will handle nicely and get great performance/life? I have a 1300 mah lipo 30c, a 2200 mah lipo 30c, and a 5200 mah lipo 20c (all are 7.4v) and various nimh batteries.
