hi need help in setting up mu 31 impulse

I had my new 31 impulse out the water was like glass very impressed but at high speeds it was bouncing all over the place at high speeds I have the trim tabs set at neautral so their even with the bottom of the hull the sharp fins not sure what their called I wasn't sure if they go on the inside or outside so I have them on the inside is that right I have them even with the top of the hull i the prop drive is set from the factory the guide plate is all the way down im new to all this stuff so any help would be appreciated ty !!!!!!! if you have any pics id love to see your set up from the back of the boat since im a rookie seeing is believing lol
