No:

* (1) 3s pack will trigger the lvc the whole time. You could disable the lvc with the program card and run it as a single 3s setup or 3s2p setup, but it would rather slow and not much fun (jmo)

* (2) 3s packs in series would be 6s and make your esc do it's best bon-fire impression. If you run 6s marshmellows and a camera would be a must...

If you mean single 3s yes, I got 27 mph with it last year running a 52x55 prop. My 8000 mah lasted like 12 min, never had the lvc kick in.
