Running in circles

Well it seems that my t120s bec can no longer handle 5s or 6s but no problem with 4s even after turning the rudder back and forth for 2-3 min.
so next I guess I'll run a battery pack for now, one ? I forgot which wire to disconnect on the esc, is it the center red wire?

Yes.

aparently it is not the the red wire on this esc, red powers the reciever, black is ground and white is the bec wire, I did it by process of elimanation.
on a swordfish esc it was the center wire.
see I learn by my mistakes, I don't know why I did'ent see this first because under most circumstances the red wire is always power and the black wire is always a ground.
It can get confusing because not all escs have the same color coding, but thanks anyway.

On my t120 it was the red one.
I thought wire color coding was standard.

Nope you were right, it is the red one, I did not take into account that the on - off switch on the battery pack had anything to do with arming the esc and compleating the circuit.
boy do I feel stupid, should have listened to you and my own instinks.
when I bench tested it I did not have the motor hooked up but the esc armed, and I was still having servo problems thats why I said it did not work on 5s -6s just 4s.
well any way thank you, again. boy do I feel STUPID !!, LIVE AND LEARN.
and yes it still screws up on 5s-6s,but not with the battery pack,
gonna raise
