Method for changing the prop

Hello, normaly my boats have a Collet from the motor where i use a wrench to not allow the drive shaft to spin, and then from the prop i unscrew the nut.
But I just got my Impulse 31 and the coupler collet is cylindrical, any suggestion or the way I should do it?

And the drive drog is fixed to the flex shaft?

I changed the stock collet out for one from octora and make my own flex cables. then I dont have to bother finding the flat part of the flex cable when reinstalling it with the stock collet.
