ESC Arming Beeps help!

I am programing my stock Black Jack and FastTech for Lipos. I have used the programming card on both boats. I get the initial single beep accepting the programming. I have the following set:
Li-po
High Voltage cutoff
Slow Down
Brake off
Timing Low
Logarithum

When I turn on the BJ I get a single arming beep.
When I turn on the FastTech I get 2 beeps!
All functions work on both boats. Anyone know why one beeps twice? From what I have read could it be it's set for Hard timing?
I have tried to reprogram the FastTech but I still get the same 2 beeps.

when you turn on your boat wait for 4 beeps then it should beep twice hold the throtle at full un plug your batterys if it double beeps then wait for it to beep 4 times then wait for the next beep hold the throttle and un plug your batterys is should be programed on low timing

Did it, still getting 2 beeps when I power up then 4 single beeps then nothing. Everything works and when I slowly give it forward throttle it revs fine. Guess I'll just have to try it on the water. I just don't get why it beeps twice when powered up.
