so how does the boat (in stock configuration) compare to a racestock SV27(with each boat running their stock props)? thanks

I think they are about the same speed. The sv may be a touch faster, but is more prone to spining out and blow overs!! I beleive the FASTech would be the better choice. It has much better handling. Both boats respond great to a prop change!!!!

ah that confirms what I've managed to gleen from the web. sounds like in a race that it would boil down to driving...now to see about updating the club spec racing class. thanks for the info.

I have the fastech and my buddy has sv. The fastech handles a ton better than the sv in a little bit of chop!
